momency© requires a registration with your regular e-mail address and your username. Other personal information (like the real name or a profile picture) may be declared on a voluntary basis. Sharing content with your contacts

With momency, you can share photo albums and images with others. This means you can allow other users (such as family members and friends) to view your albums and upload their own pictures. To make sharing as easy as possible, you can also invite new users via your phone's contact list. To enable this technically, we need access to your contact list. Your contacts will only be accessed briefly to provide the functionality. We generally do not store your contact list on our server. Only the data of a user you have invited will be stored on our server to process the invitation process technically.

Personal information in order processes and Newsletters

We may require personal information from you in order to provide online payments (via paypal or other certified payment services) and for delivering the newsletter. When credit card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete credit card details. By becoming a subscriber to our newsletteryour e-mail address will be used to send you information or special offers. The images are stored on a server in the Internet. The file names of the uploaded pictures will be encrypted by an encryption system (MD5) so that they do not indicate the authorship or other private data. Images in public albums may be indexed by search engines and can be found and accessed in the internet. Images in private albums are only visible to the albums owners and invitees.

Copyrights

In general, copyrights on photos that have been uploaded by the respective users remain the property of the respective users. You grant momency© and its users a royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, unlimited, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your User Content on momency© for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using momency©. For this purpose, it is particularly important that the user-uploaded images will be stored, maintained for polling, hosted on servers, technically reproduced, displayed and made available to persons available who will receive access to your photos and photo albums. The user can manually adjust the access rights in each album. We reserve the right to remove or modify photos or albums for any reason, when we believe that this material violates our terms and policies.

Zeroing image files

Content that has been deleted by users will be immediately and permanently deleted from the servers and can not be restored. Account Deletion
